Basketball Training

Hancock Wellness Center is hosting multi-day basketball training sessions for players from first grade on up. Each group is led by Coach Harvey Harrington.

Training sessions will focus on a variety of basketball skills, including ball handling, shooting technique, breakdown of game lessons and defensive/offensive strategies. Individual goals will be discussed and incorporated in to training sessions.

Two months for just $240.  Join any time! Pricing will be adjusted. Short-term packages are also available – ask for pricing.

Omnia Training

Omnia™ is a functional training system designed specifically for small group personal training, providing the same individual attention as one-one-one training but also the community dynamic of training in a group setting.

With our pilates reformer classes, you can focus on building core and total body strength, while simultaneously improving flexibility, coordination and balance.  These things in turn lead to daily life improvements like better posture, graceful, efficient movement!
