No need to sign up—simply find a class you’d like to try, take a look at class schedules at our Greenfield or McCordsville location, and show up ready to have fun!

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt targets all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands, BOSU balance balls, and bars to give you a full-body workout. Attend regularly, and you’ll enjoy improved strength and muscle tone.

Boot Camp

Get ready for an intense workout that includes running, interval training, and exercises using weights and your own body weight. It’s perfect for people looking to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and build strength in a team environment.


Core strength is critical to your overall wellness. This 15-minute class puts your core to the test with a workout that zeroes in on your abs and lower back muscles. You’ll work hard, but your body will thank you for it.


Lose weight and improve your cardiovascular health in a simulated bicycling class, also known as spin class. Led by a motivational teacher, this is easy on the joints while improving your endurance and leg strength. It’s great for beginners and experienced cyclers alike.

Hard Body 45

Hard Body 45 combines cardio and sculpting intervals with hardcore abdominal training for a workout that is both invigorating and results-driven. For intermediate to advanced fitness levels only.

Kick Boxing

High kicks, vigorous movement, and lots of variety make kickboxing a favorite among our members. In addition to a great cardiovascular workout, the various punches and kicks work to build upper body strength so you get stronger with every visit.

Mat Pilates

Performed on the ground using an exercise mat and equipment like resistance rings, balls, and bands, Pilates builds the muscles in the lower back and abdominals through a series of dynamic movements. Benefits include increased muscle tone, better posture, and improved balance.

Sculpt and Tone

No cardio? No problem. This 50-minute session focuses strictly on muscle tone. After a 10-minute warm-up you hit the weights, bands, and resistance balls for intense strength training. Regular attendance will have you feeling and looking stronger fast.

Senior Strength

As you get older, your strength and muscle mass naturally decrease. Using bands and balls, this class helps you build and retain both, so you can feel better and enjoy a better quality of life as you age.

Tai Chi

Our Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program employs gentle Sun-style Tai Chi techniques that are perfect for older adults with arthritis. According to the Arthritis Foundation, Tai Chi has been proven to reduce arthritic pain, and it can also reduce stress and facilitate relaxation.


You don’t have to be an experienced practitioner to enjoy our yoga classes. Yoga 101 is designed for beginners, and our other yoga classes offer modifications so everyone can enjoy the benefits of this ancient practice.


Dance your way to fitness in a Zumba class, where the Latin rhythms will get you moving and in better shape. Modifications are available for each routine. We also offer Aqua Zumba—held in the pool and featuring low-impact exercises—and Zumba for Kids featuring current dance tunes and routines.
