There is a difference between fats – focus on getting healthy fats in your diet (monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats). Ways to increase healthy fats – choose fish high in omega 3 fatty acids (salmon, albacore tuna, etc.), add avocadoes and nuts to your diet and choose healthy oils to cook with.
